About RobotDM

What we make

RobotDM answers Instagram comments with a direct message. A business picks a post, chooses the words to listen for, and writes the reply. When someone comments one of those words, RobotDM replies under the comment and sends them a private DM with the answer or link.

It works through Instagram's official API, for Instagram Business and Creator accounts. The business stays in control: they write every message, switch each automation on or off, and read and answer replies in the inbox.

Who runs it
