Delete your data

If you connected an Instagram account

1. Open Instagram, then Settings, then Apps and websites, and remove RobotDM. This stops all automatic replies straight away.
2. Email aafaqclassic@gmail.com from the address in your account's contact info, with the subject “Delete my data” and your Instagram username. You can also ask Instagram to delete the data RobotDMholds, and we delete it as soon as Instagram tells us.

If you commented on or messaged an account that uses it

Email aafaqclassic@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my data” and your Instagram username. Tell us which account you wrote to if you know it.

What we delete

Within 30 days of your request we delete the comments, messages and conversations linked to your Instagram username, the replies sent to you, and, for a connected account, its access token and profile details. We email you when it is done.
